What is NOX Express?

NOX Express is an online on-demand specialty store that delivers a growing range of alcohol products at the best possible prices directly to your doorstep.

Where do you deliver to and what are your delivery timings?

We will try our best to deliver to all addresses in Mainland Singapore and Sentosa. However, we do not deliver to these locations at the moment: 

  • Jurong Island
  • Pulau Ubin

    Our delivery hours are from 12pm–12am, everyday of the week including Public Holidays except Sundays. Each delivery is a 2-hour time slot and it is subjected to the availability.

    How do I place an order and have it delivered to me?

    4 simple steps!
    1. Sign up or login to your NOX Express account.
    2. Pick a product that you desire and add it to cart
    3. Select date and time slot for delivery and checkout.
    4. Follow the payment steps and wait for your drinks to be delivered to your doorstep!

    What's the minimum order and is there a delivery charge?

    Here is your favourite part, there is no minimum order

    Orders that are $168 and above, there will be a delivery charge of $8.
    Orders below $168, there will be a delivery charge of $12.

    You may check your order status by contacting our customer service hotline: +65 6815 8115. 

    What happens if no one is there to receive my order?

    We will return the order to our office. Call our hotline (+65 6815 8115) to reschedule a delivery time. However, there will be an additional $12 administrative charge.


    Can I change the delivery timing after I have placed an order?

    Making a change to delivery timing is only allowed 4 hours before your confirmed delivery time slot by contacting our customer service hotline to request for a new time slot. Newly requested delivery time slot is subjected to availability.


    Can I cancel my order?

    Cancellation is only allowed 24 hours before the specific delivery time slot by contacting our customer service hotline. During the day of delivery, no cancellation is allowed.


    How can I check on my delivery status? 

    You may contact our customer service hotline and our friendly staff will check it for you.


    I have problems with my product

    We apologise that you have to experience problems. If the product is damaged and/or wrongly delivered,  please contact our customer service hotline right away or within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange the products for you. Do remember to have your receipt with your product as a proof of verification.
