Raspberry Pops and Bubbles

Ok, sometimes I want to host brunch at my house but coincidentally the fact that it usually falls on Sunday morning it is usually hangover city for me. This means I order a bunch of food from a random bakery. The other issue is my friends are like “oh hey you are a drink making machine we love brunch at your house because we want fancy brunch drinks”. I am hung-over and zero motivation to mix up anything especially a hard booze cocktail. Now opening a popsicle wrapper and popping a bottle of champagne is a different story. So, to make my friends freak out and think I have done something special I make this recipe. Two Ingredients and a garnish if you are motivated enough to even so that. Happy Brunching!



  • 4 raspberry popsicles or favorite flavor
  • 16 raspberries (based on popsicle)
  • 1/2 bottle of champagne

Garnish: raspberries



  • Add popsicle to serving glass
  •  Top with champagne

Serves: 4
